About MilkyMoon: UK Breastfeeding Clothing Designed by Mums
MilkyMoon is a UK breastfeeding clothing brand creating stylish, practical clothes designed to make breastfeeding easier. Our range includes breastfeeding dresses, nursing tops, breastfeeding hoodies, loungewear and other nursing clothes, all designed with discreet, easy-access nursing openings.
Our Story
Founded in Yorkshire in 2017 by Sarah, a mum of three, MilkyMoon began with a simple problem: finding breastfeeding clothes that were comfortable, practical and still felt like her own style.
While breastfeeding her third baby, Sarah became frustrated with the limited choice of nursing clothes available. So she designed her own breastfeeding hoodie, with soft fabrics and easy, discreet access for feeding.
Other mums loved the idea, and that first hoodie became the beginning of the brand.
The original brand, Stylish Mum, grew from that first idea and evolved over time into MilkyMoon: a more thoughtful, supportive space for breastfeeding mums.
Still a One-Mum Brand
MilkyMoon is still proudly run by Sarah, with the support of talented freelance mums and a small mum-run factory who help bring the brand to life.
Every piece is designed with real motherhood in mind, tested with the needs of breastfeeding mums at its heart, and created to combine comfort, style and practicality.
