Delivery
Please note last post for guaranteed Christmas delivery is 19th December. We will be posting until the 23rd December Midday.
Please note that we post Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. All orders made after 1pm will be posted the next day.
Orders over £80 have FREE UK delivery. Delivery options are available at checkout and are standard Royal Mail prices. We do offer express 24 hour delivery as an option.
Returns
All items can be returned within 14 days of you receiving it and we will refund you within 5 working days. Please also note that there is a 'buy now pay later' option at the check out which will mean that you would not have yet been charged for your item/s. Please note the pay later options is 14 days from payment.
Exchanges
If you wish to try another item or size you will need to return the item and include a note or the invoice clearly stating which size you would like to exchange for. The above rules regarding returns will still apply. One exchange per item only.
